"Very Basic breakfast included but was ok. Expensive upgrade to full English ! Walls on room were very marked and interesting items left in the drawers !! Reception isn’t manned and no one answered the phone or bell when we rang during an emergency which isn’t great ! Shame as location is perfect !"

"i was under the impression that the property was an old style pub with rooms, when i booked. But it turns out just to be a bed and breakfast. The room was lovely and had everything you need, plus more, like a trouser press, a bottle of filtered water with the coffee and tea facilities, a microwave in the shared lobby and plenty of parking and nice outside space to spend in the sunshine/evening"

"Loved that my room was in the main house. My room was small but it faced the garden where I could watch birds and squirls. Missed the hedgehogs. My bathroom was a few steps away from the room and it was good. The shower was pretty small. I got in but could not move around so I decided to wash off in sinks. The staff were wonderful to me. "Super clean and modern unit right off the main drag in Oxford. The only issue here was the noise from the unit above, sounds like they are crashing around, but they are just walking. Besides this 5 star and bring earplugs"
