The room was clean and large! Breakfast had a variety of items, including waffles. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick. There were several eating options within short walking distance.

Breakfast was fair. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was noisy and did not work well. Bathroom in need of repairs.

Location is good - close to NMSU. Room was clean, but very dated and in need of repair (chipping paint, grim in bathroom caulk). WiFi was terrible and barely useable (1mbs).
