"Skip the busy parts of Puerto Vallarta and stay here! This eclectic, tucked away beachfront hotel has everything you need and is a 5 min taxi/uber into city center. Staff, service, food, ambiance were all 5 stars."

"There was construction being done during my whole trip. Waking up to a jack hammer at 8/9am is not what I consider relaxing or what I am looking for on vacation. The bathroom floor flooded with every shower. I would never go back to this property"

"They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years."

"Great property, they are under a level of construction, so noise and dust adjacent to pool."

"Excellent breakfast Staff very friendly"
