Decent stay but I felt scammed. Paid for a “premium view” room and was put on the second floor. The second floor! The view was the pool area that was closed for the season. Fantastic place to stay. Very clean, smells great as this is a no smoking property!! We even observed staff cleaning the tile floors on hands and knees which I thought was a bit overboard but the place was amazingly clean. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas
We had no idea when booking the place that all the amenities would be closed. Swimming pool closed, etc. But we still had to pay the $35 resort fee. Even though there was no resort. Also, the elevators were not working in our building. It was a real pain going up and down the stairs.
