"I was really disappointed in my experience, especially after reading all the good reviews-I am not sure if I just got unlucky? My room was dirty and had a bad odor, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and my bed was actually caving in! I could hear the gentleman in the next room snoring- the walls are paper thin. To be honest I didn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also, it’s a 15 min drive from the airport. "

"Room was old and not very clean lots off dust and the floors where gross . Staff was friendly and nice . The bed was super low and uncomfortable . It’s fine because we needed a closet the airport place to stay but I wouldn’t stay again "

"Aucune air climatisé dans les chambres. Il a fait 28-30 degré dans la chambre pendant la nuit. Que dire des gens qui ont cotoyé l'établissement... Aucun savoir vivre! Les gens ont frappé dans les portes, criés dans les corridors et parler très fort jusqu'à une heure du matin. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit avant de prendre l'avion avec nos 3 enfants en bas âge. Sérieusement, les gens qui fréquentent les hôtels, soyez respectueux, c'est juste le gros bon sens!!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful—they even allowed us to check in before 3 PM, which we really appreciated. "There are so many restaurants and coffee shops near by! The best part of the neighborhood is that less than a block away is a market with dozens of food and artisan stalls. You can choose from many cuisines, coffees, and fresh flowers, meat, etc. This location can’t be beat. The hotel is spotless. Everything is clean, the bathroom is modern with great toiletries. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Next time we’re in Rome we’re staying at Bob W."
