"Disappointed. The apartment is adequate but could not be described as ‘deluxe’. Also, the balcony doesn’t have a ‘view’. It was all just a bit tatty - cracked tile, stained carpet, no lid on bathroom bin, no plugs in sinks (at least we couldn’t find them).The major problem was that the smoke alarm in the hallway emitted a loud beep about every 90 seconds. "0 stars if possible very rude host when asked when I will receive my deposit the host rudely told me to read the policy on the booking which states deposit is returned within 7 working days after checking out well it’s been over 2 weeks and the host excuse is they’re “busy with other customers” very very poor service and it might as well be a scam"
