Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding"

"The apartment did not live up to its description as a "De Lux, Luxury Apartment. The kitchen cupboards were de-laminating in several areas and hinges were coming loose on cupboard doors. Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment"

"0 stars if possible very rude host when asked when I will receive my deposit the host rudely told me to read the policy on the booking which states deposit is returned within 7 working days after checking out well it’s been over 2 weeks and the host excuse is they’re “busy with other customers” very very poor service and it might as well be a scam"
