"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! "Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, das Wasser zum Duschen gut temperiert und das Bett komfortabel. Es ist etwas hellhörig, aber mich hat es nicht groß gestört und ich habe gut geschlafen. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und habe mich fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat mir an nichts gefehlt."
