"This is a lovely hotel in a row of historic cottages along a street right by the Broughty Ferry waterfront and within easy walking distance to the shore on one side, and shops and restaurants on the other. Street parking in front of the hotel was free although it did take a few trips around the block to find a space during the mid afternoon. We used the pub in the ground floor as a meeting spot for friends and also really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Place is fine for what it is. Bit noisy at night being located in a retail park where boy racers like to gather and loudly rev their engines. Staff all helpful but Marston's clearly understaff properties as a general rule so don't be surprised if you have to wait a long time for any service."

Our room had 2 massive sticks stains on the carpet that made me uncomfortable to walk barefoot considering it was still hot weather when we got there.
