"Parking was abundant. Staff helpful enough and polite. I could tell hotel was remodeled pretty recent. The reason I gave only three stars was bc this hotel is also an extended stay hotel and the residents are very comfortable there. The hotel smells of cigarette and other smoke. It was pretty noisy up until about 0400, could here kids jabbering and crying, people playing music. For the price the room was good. "

"Staff was not friendly. The room was in disrepair - tiles loose on bathroom wall, shower curtain rod pulled loose from wall and barely hanging on, TP holder broken, wooden pieces that were supposed to cover the A/C drain knocked down and lying on the floor, security bar on door ripped off, etc. The pool was understandably closed in since it is March. The breakfast was pitiful - only powdered coffee creamer and no sweetener options except sugar - both in dirty multiuse containers. The muffins...

"This stay was great! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Best I’ve experienced in a long time! Complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Only complaint I have is that our room smelled a bit musty. Overall a great stay for our family and would stay here again!"

"Everything was good, but the breakfast buffet and bartender was not up to par. I came orginially for the breakfast and the bar, but I will not be coming back. I would rather stay at another hotel. Front desk was great, especially the man up front checking people in during the pm session. I don't remember his name, but he was very personable and attended to our very needs. He also, remembers the guest, which is excepationally great. HE NEEDS A BONUS!!!!!!!"

"We had a pretty good stay, but did run into slight issues. Upon arrival we were charged twice for our room and had to get a refund. Then once we got situated in our room, the tv and WiFi was not working because of a “lightning strike” and had to get switched to a smaller room but with a working tv. But besides those slight issues we had the room was very clean and relaxing, and had nice amenities. "

"We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

"The room was large and extremely clean with a refrigerator and convection oven. It also had real dishes glasses and utensils along with a dish washer and kitchen sink. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. We will definitely stay again. "

"Room was clean, breakfast needs some help. Staff was friendly to us. But the hotel across from us had a drug bust. Which I watch and seen all the drugs. My hotel had a fight and the police called. "
