"We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

"I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price. "When we arrived at 1:00am the state of the room was nasty. Pillows were nasty, bed was hastily made, our toilet seat was off on the side with a plunger on it & more. Our door looked like it had previously been kicked in or severely damaged. The icing on the cake was a missing smoke detector with exposed wires. "The property is getting rundown and the renovations they’ve done are subpar. We arrived to our room and there weren’t any towels in our room or dishes in the cabinets. We got a text after check in saying welcome and to text if we need anything. We text that we needed towels but never got a reply. We had to go get towels from the front desk a few hours later and the towels they gave us were dingy and stained.
