The Manchester
Staff was great. There was an issue with the hot water for a few hours when we checked in. The staff upgraded our room and gave us a food and beverage credit for the bars/ restaurants on property.

They have light switches that have nigh lights in them, this is so helpful. The toilet seats are the quiet closing ones. The outlets have usb and usb-c plug in. These are huge updates we noticed on top of welcome we got from David at the desk. Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff and safe.
