I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff were fantastic and so friendly, every one of them. We had unlimited free wifi which for us was a big plus. Our room was available three hours early so we could freshen up after our flight. The breakfast room was busy but there was never a queue or too much noise. We will DEFINITELY stay here again, the staff really "made" our trip to Prague.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Amazing cocktails and bar staff

Simply Excellent in every way possible. Exactly what we were looking for with this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Full of charm and art deco character, it felt like stepping back in time to when hotels were grand and oppulent, but with full modern convenience and luxury. Perfectly positioned for a short walk to the old town and everything else you could need. Surrounded by restaurants and bakeries. Restaurant at the Imperial was a favourite, so much so we ate there twice. Would highly recommend...

Great room, very quiet and clean. Very large selection of breakfast items, staff were very kind indeed.

Easy check in as they parked my car for me. Polite staff on the desk. Food in the restaurant was a high quality. Room was good. Actually a pleasant temperature too, which is rare!

Fantastic hotel. Very good location minutes from Charles bridge on the not tacky side. Staff couldn't do enough to help. The room was amazing. We had free wifi, an Apple TV with lots of movies and a very good selection of music. There was also an iPad available to browse the Internet.

Really cool interior decoration, a lot of content in the hotel (games, bar, restaurant) and friendly staff. Hotel has recently been renovated and smells good!

Great stay. Metro and tram right outside with direct link to centre

The staff go above and beyond and always so wholesome and cheerful. All the online reviews about the staff being the beating heart behind this hotel's enduring success are spot on. An example: Our room had no kettle, and as we make our own coffee with our own travel 'contraption' and more importantly in the winter, needed to fill a hot water bottle due to serious back pain we were really disappointed not to have one in the room. No problem at all-- the lovely chap at reception found one in the...

Never have stayed at a hotel where all the staff were so helpful, polite, friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to have stayed at Residence Agnes, and would highly recommend it. It even beats the 5* pluses I have stayed in just because they were so welcoming.

Xx

Perfect stay as a family in Prague. Close enough to everything but in a quieter area near to train station. Suite was very spacious with great amenities. Would definitely stay here again when back in Prague

Perfect hotel in a perfect location, all kinds of transport, shops and restaurants available in the vicinity. Incredibly easy access to the city and old town area

If this property manages to maintain competitive prices in the market , there is no other like it. Extremely good quality rooms , friendly stuff and the breakfast is ok. We will for sure return if the prices continue to be the same.

The rooms were nice, the rooms were cleaned daily, the staff courteous and the buffet breakfast was awesome. The position of the hotel was excellent - a short walk to the old town and several great restaurants even on the same street as the hotel. The lobby was decorated very festively and made an attractive environment.

The staff were just brilliant, ever so helpful. The hotel is very well located to access everything in Prague

Outstandingly warm welcome. Friendly staff took time to listen to our questions and give us helpful advice. Quiet location within easy walking distance of Prague Castle, Loreta and Petrin Tower . Tram 22 from the nearby square, runs near the Charles Bridge and takes you over the river (seemed to run every few minutes and was extremely cheap!).

Art Nouveau elegance and comfort. Staff were always friendly and attentive. We would recommend this hotel for style, comfort and location

From arriving the staff were super friendly and welcoming with a glass of bubbles provided. The complimentary snacks were great and the hotel was gorgeous. Super quiet when in the rooms which were extremely spacious. Gorgeous modern bathroom.
