"Não tem café da manhã no local, o que tem é uma parceria com uma lanchonete que te dá um café e uma opção de algo para comer. Pra mim, que como muito e tenho muita fome, foi péssimo, pois eu sempre filtro hospedagens com café da manhã incluído. Acabei não me atentando ao detalhe devido ao filtro. Essa lanchonete é uns 5 minutos caminhando e de frente para o ponto de ônibus que te leva ao aeroporto, o que é positivo. O lado negativo é que eles vendem bilhete para o ônibus, mas só com dinheiro;...

"This hotel which oozed character was an excellent find. Close to St Marks Square but situated in a quiet corner of Venice. The staff were all helpful and polite and great at answering all our questions. Breakfasts offered a wide selection of foods and although we never ate our dinner in the hotel it always was busy. Best part was sitting relaxing by the canal in the reception area sipping a cool glass of beer or aperol spritz! I would highly recommend this small hotel."

"Many thanks to Frederico and staff for a wonderful stay at Casa Villa Gardenia! Everyone was so helpful with directions and recommendations. There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!"

"I got locked inside the bathroom due to a faulty door that triggered a faulty lock. It was past midnight and they did not have reception. It was a HORRIBLE anxiety-provoking experience that ruined my trip and the ONLY response from the manager at check-out was a lame apology. I will NEVER stay here again and strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel!"

"Loved the location and very easy walk to water transport and sightseeing. It was lovely in the evenings after crowds left to walk and enjoy the square. The building felt very historic and well done. I appreciated the no stairs to the room although the bathtub was challenging for me to maneuver. The staff was wonderful in answering my many questions and very helpful in assisting me to make arrangements. It was a wonderful stay!"
