"We changed rooms as soon as we arrived because ours had food stains on the surfaces. The next room was cleaner but on the hottest May Day on record the air con was not working and neither was the TV. Our second stay here but probably our last. It was very untidy, old and a bit grubby. Despite all that the duty manager did move us and try to get out tv working."

"Went to the Spa for my sisters birthday. The moment you walked in you felt calm as the decor was stunning. Staff so polite always smiling and helpful. Massage fantastic and professional. Massage room serene low lights soft music. Lovely pool. Garden absolutly amazing, tranquil lots of seating. We stayed at the hotel which was ultra clean and tidy. "Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy?
