"This place is amazing - it’s like a resort hotel in the heart of Notting Hill. Beautifully styled but with real substance to back it and friendly staff, the cafe is brilliant, the spa is luxurious, there’s free classes and film screenings and an amazing vinyl listening lounge. "A very nice room with en-suite shower. Comfy beds - singles as came to town to see a show with my daughter. We enjoyed a swim in the pool followed by a sauna. Check out was 12 so gave us loads of time, without having to rush. The only thing I’d have liked would be provision of more than 2 teabags, some biscuits and hot chocolate sachets. "Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."

"The breakfast was amazing, and we will certainly be returning for that alone! Pool was very quiet with fantastic views. The only disappointment was that we were hoping to enjoy the views in the bar on the Sunday evening, but it had already closed at 9pm!"
