"The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. "Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. "

We have seen lots of lovely people and lots of lovely dogs on the beach.
The beach goes down far away at low tide and there are Rick pools then.

"Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended.
We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was included and was scrummy.
Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel.

"Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place.

"The hotels about 5 minutes from folly farm and 15 minutes from Tenby. Room comes with everything you need - towels / hand soap / body wash / hair dryer / ironing board / kettle etc. breakfast was tasty as well with plenty of choice. Will definitely return "
