The property is located in an excellent location close to Hyde park, restaurants and metro stations. The staff was particularly accommodating and solved every problem, answered every question and exceeded every expectation! Highly recommend!

Bob W London Hyde Park
My room never got cleaned. There was only one bath towel and I had to ask for more. No water in the room when I arrived. Not enough lockers to leave your things. Elevators always seemed to have an issue. The room was extremely small.

Park Grand Hyde Park
Hotel itself was clean…but the rooms were tiny. They don’t provide wash clothes to bathe with, I’m Not sure if that’s just a London thing or not. The room had no iron. Or space to put out belongings

Thistle London Hyde Park Kensington Gardens
The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Staff are very friendly. Well located across from Hyde Park. Easy bus to Piccadilly. Stayed 5 nights but don't think the sheets were ever changed.
