Our room was clean and fresh. The king bed was super comfortable. The room layout was great; we had plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Staff was extremely efficient. Overall, one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in!

This was a special trip - Mother Daughter trip !! Fabulous ! Hotel is amazing and it just so happened to be the birthday celebration of the hotel !! Hotel is magnificent!! Above 5 stars , and the staff is wonderful , breakfast was delicious!! We will be back !!

The Rubens at the Palace
Kind and helpful staff and good location. But very expensive given that room was tired and tatty. Not like those images on website. Needs modernisation in places.
