Great breakfast. Repair to floor in entryway was a nuisance/distraction/health hazard from dust. Concierge service was substandard. Staff very friendly and tried hard to provide the best service not always successfully.

The Clermont London, Victoria
Exactly as pictured. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plenty of options. Centrally located by Victoria train station so easy to get around. Room faced busy street but double insulated windows made the room quiet. Will stay again.
