"i was under the impression that the property was an old style pub with rooms, when i booked. But it turns out just to be a bed and breakfast. The room was lovely and had everything you need, plus more, like a trouser press, a bottle of filtered water with the coffee and tea facilities, a microwave in the shared lobby and plenty of parking and nice outside space to spend in the sunshine/evening"

My bathroom was a few steps away from the room and it was good. The shower was pretty small. I got in but could not move around so I decided to wash off in sinks. The staff were wonderful to me. "I normally don’t leave reviews but for something like this I was extremely disappointed. The room I was in was not clean and when I asked the property owners to change the sheets they said that I put something on it, mind you I’d just gotten there two minutes ago and they were showing me my room. The outlet was undone and felt dangerous. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t open the door all the way as it would hit the sink half way through. "Stayed here 1 night for a day 2 wedding function. The room was spotlessly clean with tea and coffee facilities. We used the barn and outside areas for the function, with the kitchen serving pizza which was delicious. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and also for breakfast all of which was good. No issues, all very good."
