Beware

There was no hot water when I contacted Cynnie, he said he knew and did nothing about it. This home is for transitioning immigrants. I was always locking my door with them constantly wiggling the doorknob. I am a woman by myself. I was not warned about the situation. Please research before you book. Oh yeah by the way there are cameras watching you everywhere in the house. Couldn’t wait for my stay to be over.

A completely unpleasant experience because osita Daniel told me to park in a lot that actually belonged to another person. Then my car got broken into on that lot only to have osita blame me for parking there. Then everyday the host harasses and circles around you yelling often and screaming sometimes. A totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. She then blamed me for taking food that was going overdue and rotting. The fact that it is rotting and was about to be thrown out. But the biggest problem was my car was broken into and she seemed to be indifferent and blamed me for the incident somehow. Do not live here unless you want drama even if she says she doesn’t want drama, it’s a lie.

Rundown, unclean, and without any hospitality

* Host unprepared for check-in * I had to wait outside and call hotels.com * Host called me back after my call to hotels.com * Host did not clean before check-in * Host made me wait to use the shower, bathroom wasn't cleaned * Bathroom was not clean after the cleaning * Would not allow use of washing machine for my small load * Denied use of dryer after I hand washed my clothes and suggested I put them outside to dry * Allowed use of dryer only after I asked her to show me to the clothesline * No allocated space for guest in refrigerator * TVs don't work, no sound in room 1, broken screen in room 2 * Thermostat was locked to 69F with a cage around it, I wore my coat inside * Host provided 3 keys: * Wrong key for my room * Wrong key for front door * Only correct key is for front gate * Host said they would make new keys and did not * Host said not to call her number, only text * Host was slow to respond or unresponsive to text messages * I discovered a key on my keyring worked for room 2 * Requested to switch to the the room I have a key for so I could lock my door * Host refused to make room I have the key for ready for me to move to * The Internet started off fast, and then became unusable * I should have taken pictures of the rundown and unclean state of things, but it's her home so I didn't feel comfortable taking pictures

The lady was rude when we first got there!!!! I didn’t realize it was extra money for another person, when I looked it said $45, she charged $50.
