Sapphire Beach Club Resort
It feels like management/ownership is leaving the staff out to dry. One day they had a pipe leak and we couldn’t get any hot water. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work because it wasn’t hooked up and never did get hooked up. Had to TRY and get ice every morning. Apparently ice is like gold ...
