"Very convenient to the train station. There's a McDonald's very close if you want an inexpensive snack. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the housekeeping staff who showed me how to turn electricity on in the room by inserting my room key in a slot (yes, I had never seen that). 🙂Well done all around."

"Great location for downtown Lucerne. Very nice breakfast."

"This hotel is in a perfect location. Very close to train station and easily walkable to key areas and the area is very clean. The room was also very clean and well kept. It was a basic room with the only amenity being a mini fridge. But the fridge was filled with for sales items so there was really no room to add your own stuff. We visited in October and it was still very warm and there was no air conditioning so we had to leave the window open to cool the room. Everything went well overall...

"This hotel was charming and located right across from Lake Lucerne and a beautiful park area with miles of walking/biking paths. The room were clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely. They helped us with everything from dinner reservations to providing umbrellas when needed, and made great cups of cappuccino!"
