"When I read previous reviews I thought they were referring to another hotel. I understand that Switzerland is very expensive and the location of the hotel is excellent. However, the hotel falls short. I was under the impression that climate control meant air-conditioning. I was wrong, the room was hot and there were no options to cool it but open a window to the loud street noise and traffic. The breakfast was disappointing.
