"I personally did not go in the pool or pool area, however I'm the view from my room was absolutely stunning. The lights and outdoor bar area made in you feel as if your were staying at a exclusive resort. "

"Its an older property but they keep it up. Its located very well for walkablity around the village area. Parking is handy to have there but would warn there are not alot of spaces and its not set up for bigger vehicles like trucks or bigger SUVs. Big the people i had to talk to were very helpful and friendly. Only a few rooms have a beach view but its so close you don't cross any streets just down a walkway and you're on the beach. You can definitely hear the ocean. "

"The manager and the girl tending bar were both exceptional. We could not have had a better time. We have stayed at other hotels in Scott’s valley and were quite disappointed. Everything was clean and nicely done and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Loved the patio! They rate AAA+. "

"Probably the worst room ive had in years, located right next to all the maintenance rooms and close to the Restaurant next door. The guest in room 204 above us was thumping about all sorts all night long. There were workers talking loudly in the afternoon just outside our door. The water in the shower would cut off right in the middle. One of the staff rubbed one of the linen carts along our rental leaving a big long mark. The last evening, someone entered the room to leave a tip envelope even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Highly not recommended "

"Older property but clean and nicely appointed. Refrigerator, microwave, wi fi, desk. Located in downtown Los Gatos, very walkable to shops, cafe, and points of interest. Parking was very tight but nice to have in downtown Los Gatos. The property advertises electrical vehicle chargers. However, the one non-Tesla charger did not work. :-( "
