"The place was very pretty and the room description as shown. The bathroom didn’t have a door which was annoying when showering and there are A LOT of mosquitos in the property. After the sun goes down you practically can’t go out of your room because of it. Also the bedding didn’t smell fresh, I don’t think it was washed. "No think about it just book it. The staff and owner were great. They are expanding to make it even better. Underwater gym, sound healing classes and full spa coming in November. I will be retuning. This was my first time in Mexico and I made a great choice in starting at Kan Tulum. The grounds were even prettier in person. We rented e-bikes and got hurt and the staff once they heard were so concerned and attentive asking daily about our progress. This place was worth every penny."
