"Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). Die Türen schlagen und hört man über den ganzen Flur. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre gleicht einem Hauptbahnhof...

"Das ganze Hotel war sauber, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, wenn doch mal was daneben ging. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam. Das wars aber auch schon mit positiven Erfahrungen. Essen könnte besser sein, da ist man von RIU anderes gewöhnt. Der Innenpool ist Miniklein und schließt zudem 18:00 Uhr...was soll denn der Quatsch??? Auch der Außenpool konnte nach 18:00 Uhr nicht mehr benutzt werden. Heizung stand auf Winterbetrieb, keine klimaanlage möglich. Nachts...

"Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but...

"Check in was smooth, room was spacious and clean. Hotel nicely located near boardwalk. Nice view from balcony. Supper buffet was Latin themed and very, very good, as was the breakfast buffet. Underground parking € was convenient. I would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful property with amazing views. Take the hike up from the valley it’s worth the walk. Food was ok, and you will find better in the valley and this is only a minor point. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend spending a night there."
