We liked the cleanliness of our room and the helpful front desk staff. We also liked the easy walk to some of our favorite spots such as Santa Ana Square and the La Latina neighborhood. The lobby has two small sitting areas to accommodate travelers with their luggage as they wait for their rooms or wait to depart. There's no unencumbered space or outdoor space to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing unless you go to your room. There were no chairs in our room.

Lovely little hotel in an extremely convenient location. It’s bustling only a short distance away, but peaceful inside the hotel. Walking distance from all the key sites. Rooms are a really good size and bathrooms are surprisingly large. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
