Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s located in walking distance to everything in a very vibrant neighbourhood with great restaurants everywhere. Very easy to get to from the Airport. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. All in all: great value for money

Close to train station makes it easy to get around! good value for the money for a short stay, only dislike was that they don’t let you keep your room key if you go out, other than that everything was fine.

We enjoyed our stay here on our first night in Madrid. It was very small and the AC did not work but such are European hotels. We are spoiled in the US. Things were clean. And the front desk attendant was helpful but not overly friendly

This was a great hostel. It was clean , neat and the staff were very helpgul. We couldnot have asked for mote regarding location. Taxis, buses, the fabulous Metro were all mere steps away.thete wete so many places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine or two. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The hostel is in a relatively good location and right between two metro stops, which is great. Sleep is difficult though due to noise in the street and noise in other rooms which goes right through the thin walls. It's also pretty hot and the AC doesn't work. Water pressure is so strong you have to barely open the faucet in the shower or you'll soak the entire bathroom as the shower head explodes upward. To reach the shower head, you must play basketball or be part-giraffe. Overall, the hostel probably rates a 2/5 but the front desk's attitude was so poor I give the place a 1. I made a mistake and thought I was booked to stay one more night than I was. Instead of contacting me when I dialed to check out, they said nothing. I didn't know until I woke up the next day to an early morning phone call. The man spoke in an elevated tone telling me they'd charged my card an extra night, you're welcome, and I had to leave right then. I packed up quickly and went to return the key. He then spoke angrily telling me the mess I'd caused them but they'd been able to pull it off for me, as though they'd done me some huge favor. At no point had I been told there was an issue. No one emailed, called, put a note under my door, anything. The man's comportment was unnecessarily rude and a continuation of the brusque way he treated me when I'd checked in. I lived in Madrid a long time. His behavior was not culturally typical.

Great stay for Madrid centre on a budget

Great place, calls itself a hostel it seems, but really a hotel. Old fashioned decor but all good. Baths in large en suite bathrooms; friendly staff, great check in and check out times. The staff were really helpful with printing out my boarding pass and keeping our luggage well after check out. Great part of town too! Muchas Gracias,

Boa estadia

Localização muito boa, quarto bem limpo, cama e chuveiro muito bons também. Travesseiro é daqueles compridos e serve os dois. Escadas para subir antes do elevador, então pessoas que tenham dificuldades motoras devem procurar outro lugar.

Excelente localizacion, basico y bueno.

Localizacion fue todo. Buenos restaurantes cerca. La limpieza estuvo bien. Cama firme. Para descansar estuvo bien. Tiene buena ventanas así que ningún ruido exterior entra a la habitación. Es basico pero bueno.
