This hotel really goes out of their way to provide service. Location is great for walking everywhere is Madrid. This is one hotel that I would return to. Their restaurant is excellent and beautiful. The Thai massage was incredible. Our laundry was done perfectly. I loved this hotel.

Gem in Madrid that’s dog friendly

Pet friendly hotel that has great amenities and service. One bedroom suite is well designed and perfect for us with two dogs - one being a German shepherd. Worth paying for the red level for the additional breakfast options and tapas snack with the wine and cava included.

Fabulous location with close proximity to the Opera House, Palace and Gran Via (shopping). Wonderful staff, super comfortable rooms with fabulous black out curtains- slept like a baby! At night- hopped up to the 7th floor rooftop bar for an evening snack and drink with a wonderful view of the palace and opera house. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience in itself. Madrid is a wonderful city. But this hotel made the experience even better. We stayed at suite red level or what should be in the US club level. The amenities and services that it included are amazing and plenty. The Hotel looks and feels new, elegant and yet modern. They have pretty good gym facilities. But the star are the employees. Such great attention to detail. They seem to really enjoy imaging your trip special and unforgettable. Best hotel experience.
