"Estuvo muy agradable mi estanco, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí, solamente una cosa que el baño de la habitación en que me quedé sentí que estaba algo chico, aunque se agradece que estuvieran el lavamanos afuera del baño"

"I mean, obviously you get what you pay for so take this with a grain of salt. The front desk people were not friendly at all, especially the elder night shift guy. My brother-in-law asked for the WiFi password through the front desk phone because nobody was at the counter and the guy was very irritated and yelled at him. Thick accent, nothing wrong with that, but when someone can’t understand you and asks you to repeat, don’t yell at them. The rooms were ok, but the couches had stains on them in...

"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the view was stunning, and every interaction with the staff was quick, helpful, and efficient.
The parking was also a big plus — very convenient, easy to access, and we felt that the car was safe there.
We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or try the breakfast because we already had other plans, but we definitely hope to enjoy both next time.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel...

"Overall, the hotel is fairly budget, friendly for the area, but comes with a couple of disadvantages. Parking is $35 per vehicle and a very tight structure, there are no refrigerators in the rooms, and overall it’s just a bit older. Breakfast was complementary, which was standard for most hotel of this level. Overall nothing negative to say. Decent location and very close to Lombard street"

"The location is near Chinatown and Downtown. Parking garage is also near. This was our second time, first as a couple, second as a group. First experience room space, excellent. For this booking as a group, not recommended. You can barely move around. Plus no microwave in rooms, even main lobby. No water as well, just coffee."
