"Even though we needed the shuttle at 11:45 PM (it stopped at 12) - they still sent someone for us! 🙌 Art greeted us like it was 8 AM and not after Midnight - shared the deets and got us to our room in a timely fashion. Beds were comfy and Breakfast was delish!! "

"We loved the unit! Spacious, clean, multiple bathrooms, very comfortable beds, private balcony. Our only issue was checking in, we couldn’t figure out where it was and the check in space parking area is very small, but we were able to get into the gated area very easily. Also the kids had issues setting up their gaming to the tvs. Outside of that, would definitely recommend."

Our teens loved the BB court, cornhole, inside games, hot tub, swimming pool, large rooms, beautiful views, super close to everything! Staff was amazing…friendly, helpful & kind! "My wife and I are both allergic to dust. The property is in the process of rehab, and there is dust everywhere. People should be notified before reservations are made. The bed was very hard and uncomfotable. The paper products are awful. The staff was excellent"

"My experience was not good. The place is extremely dated and worn. Furniture is dirty and tattered. VERY, Very, very disappointed for the Hilton. They have slipped and fallen very far.. I will not return to this location and will consider other locations elsewhere. To be honest? They're living on the label now, because the standards are definitely well below par. The family should be rolling over in their grave. "

"Good stay, however didn’t read the fine print that parking is $15 a night. My fault but hotels rarely charge for parking"

"Our room was fairly clean, booked a suite with king bed. The pillows were worn out and uncomfortable to sleep on. The kitchen utensils like knives could barely cut through our food. The most disappointing was that during our entire 5 day stay, we had requested for room service and did not get one. They apparently only do room service every other day. They compted us 2 days of parking even though it was incredibly hard to park at this place. You cant even get in or out of your car without either...

"No coffee at breakfast. Machine broken. Family stay booked4 months ago. Two roo.s on different floors thogh specified next door or across hall for children's safety. Paid for ocean harbor view. Got airport viwe, no record of specified rooms from Expedia. Each blamed other. "
