"The whole experience, two nights, was excellent. The room was very large, well fitted and although we did not housekeeping refreshment were replenished, when requested. The food was of high standard and equally matched by the service. Only criticism was poor pressure in the sink hot water tap. It was an accessible room so understand the concern of the hot tap. "

It was nice and clean, but i booked a twin room, but they gave us a double, so that had to be sorted and the basin in the bathroom was severely cracked, so reported that also. Food was just ok, but expensive, plus the drinks also. A small glass of prosecco and a red wine was over £20 Breakfast was plentiful, but the staff on breakfast duty on 24/3 need additional training in customer services "

"The staff, and services were excellent. The only slight criticism I have is that a hot tub was advertised online, but the hotel does not actually have one. Apart from that, I have nothing but good things to say about my stay."

"Nice clean room, comfy bed and quiet room. The pub is next door, breakfast is cooked to order and there are some continental items. Breakfast was good and we also had a nice main meal the night before. Toiletries in the room are basic but do the job - hand soap and all in one wash. Plenty of free parking and there are some restaurants and shops close by. We only stayed one night but had no issues, during our stay. A very good low cost hotel. "

"Great location for the shops and restaurants, room clean and tidy, didn’t have very much interaction with staff apart from checking in, very pleasant lady and gave us information about the hotel, the only thing that lets the hotel down is the the common areas and stairways are very tired and some areas the carpet is very worn, but this wouldn’t stop us staying in the future "
