"The hotel was very nice. The room was incredibly small though. I understand many hotel rooms are in Japan, but this was the smallest of all five of our hotels by quite a bit. It is also maybe a 10 minute walk away from asakusa station. This was only an issue when we had our luggage and you would be able to taxi if needed. The staff were all very kind, and the property was incredibly clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are solo traveling."

"Spacious for a hotel in Japan and had a bunk bed for our two kids, and two separate beds for the adults. Very small counter space in the washroom vanity but had plenty of room for luggage and a table with chairs in the middle of the space. Had a nice little amenity bar on the reception floor including facial oil packets, cleanser, toner, face lotion. Also mouthwash , razors, body sponges, teas and coffee, and toothbrushes. "OMG where do i start? The staff are courteous & helpful - they even entertained our children with games during the check in process. Nothing is a problem, we were SO IMPRESSED. The rooms are clean & well maintained. The location is amazing - we love the Asakusa area - the rail system is just a step away."

"Room was very small. The twin beds were very large so if it’s cheaper and you want a king it’s large enough. The shower room is a wet room with separate sink and toilet. No hooks for your towel so not convenient. Open closet as you walk in - also not very user friendly. "Excellent service from the staff. Since our check-in, we were greeted and assisted by staff. The site is clean and well-maintained, with the necessary amenities for long-haul travellers (e.g., laundry). Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, which helps alleviate some of the stress. One memorable moment from this stay is a handwritten letter I received from one of the trainee staff, Okabe-san, welcoming me to Asakusa, Tokyo. Thank you. :)"

"An absolutely great spot to explore the city. It’s a few blocks off a Main Street and close to the train and bus lines. It’s close to several amazing temples and shrines, with numerous hidden gems all around. The staff speaks English far better than my Japanese, and anything beyond that was covered with translation apps or simply pointing. Clean, kind and cornered near some of the best things Tokyo has to offer."
