"This hotel is very nice. It is conveniently located within the city and is connected to a restaurant and coffee shop. The staff are very kind and the room was spacious and clean. I also like the urban decor. And with our room we got a 10% discount at Café Bonjour, which has delicious food and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel while visiting Boston."
"The bad - Be aware - the rooms are small. A bed (you can only access from one side), one chair. Small toilet/shower area. Good for solo travel, but I would hate to share the room.
The good - there is a more than ample common area with a bar and food service. There is good co-working space, and even a small conference room. There are many restaurants within a very easy walking distance. Good access to the T station.
In short - it's a good hotel if you know what you are getting ahead of time."
"The Omni Parker House is located in a beautiful part of Boston with easy access to everything. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff is equally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the city and won’t hesitate to recommend the Omni Parker House."
"A laundry facility would be helpful. The cost of the food at the on-site restaurants was very expensive. There are more reasonably priced restaurants nearby."
