"Price is over exaggerated. Ppl working at reception need more customer service trainings. I checked in and the guy just handed me the room key without any information about amenities: pool, breakfast, where the room is….no infos. Very disappointing"

I also bought medication with me that needed to be refrigerated and had to have it put in the kitchen fridge and again needed to go and get it from reception to use it. The good parts were the shower - very good water pressure and warm, the breakfast staff - friendly and welcoming and the daily breakfast - although it was the same everyday but you could always find smething to eat. If all you are looking for is just a place to sleep, shower and change this fits the bill. all a very basic hotel and room. We missed having a mini fridge in the room, ice machines on each or alternating floors and a microwave. This forced us to go down to reception every time we"

"Perfect location, we decided to stay the night before our early flight. Grab and go breakfast was a hit with all guests leaving early. Shuttle bus to terminal every half hour. Parking isn’t included in your stay, but reasonably priced. Considering its location we had no trouble sleeping (as in can’t hear traffic etc) "

"The staff were efficient,the room pleasant however, overlooking the railway line at the rear of the hotel meant that the trains and tube running all night were extremely noisy. Ear plugs were provided but made little difference. Breakfast was good but because of the modern, flashy, seating area, there are plenty of seats but not enough tables leading to numerous business types precariously balancing plates, bowls and cups of coffee on their knees while eating. The breakfast area looks lovely but in reality is ill thought out and impractical. I think perhaps this hotel is aimed at a younger more trendy clientele than I fit into."
