"The hotel was nice and clean. I was very disappointed that I booked this hotel because there was a pool and upon arrival there was a sign saying that the pool was closed until further notice. It was convenient with it being attached to the mall."

"When I got there the hotel did not look how it looked In the photo. we were looking forward to the the pool, and find out it wasn’t available through another guest, and hasn’t been available for a while because someone threw up in the pool."

"We forgot to call ahead to see if hot tub would be functioning… was kind of looking forward to a soak after a stressful event, but was shut down the morning we could get to it. Everything else was great, nice, clean rooms, good breakfast, even a late check-in with friendly service."

"Place in halls and lobby extremely hot. Restaurant in place are very high priced. And could use. More seating in the arcade. Area. And better air movement. In the pool. Way too hot in the pool area also. Shouldn’t charge for parking. Pay enough for room and extra"
