"My friends and I really enjoyed Caesars! We had an issue with the air conditioner and the manager called me and sent someone up right away, the only thing I didn’t like was that our room didn’t have a fridge and they told us we would have to pay additional to rent one…. But other than that our stay was great and we will definitely stay there again."

"The room was averagely clean, the sheet smelled like someone skept on them before. Out of 5 elevators only 2 of them were functional and cause a long waiting one around 10-15 minutes each time going back and forth anytime of day/ night. Staff behaviour was not very friendly and welcoming at the reception, the room had not have minimum amenities like coffee make , or refregrator which is critical in las vegas hot weather, I had to spend a lot for food in 7 days while I was not able to cool them...

"What you see in the pictures is not what you get. They show you layouts to several different rooms to have you under the impression of what your room will look like. We chose a suite for our Anniversary. We received a very basic suite with no windows in the restroom, and a view of the outside of the strip. We requested a high floor room with a fountain view. Deposits are the same amount as the daily cost plus the resort fees. They ONLY have valet parking unless you park further away and walk....
