The staf works very hard but they are not professional hoteliers. The cons: it is a bed and breakfast posing as a hotel so some nutty things happened during our stay. "Budget hotel with everything you need if visiting Rimini. Hotel well positioned on the boardwalk for the beach and close to numerous bars and restaurants including the excellent Rose & Crown. Rooms are very small including a tiny bathroom and shower. Ok if just sleeping. Fridge,tv. No in room safe or kettle though. Air conditioning in the heat we had was very welcome. Daily housekeeping.
