Khách sạn Mourea

"Nice staff and good amenities"

"Unfortunately, the photos of this resort must have been taken a very long time ago, as they certainly don't reflect its current condition. The resort is quite run-down, which is a real shame because it has so much potential if some time, money and care were put into maintaining it. Our room was clean enough, but the grounds and facilities were very neglected. We arrived on the Saturday of a long weekend to find the pool only half-filled with murky water, the hot tub broken and being refilled,...

"It’s a Motel, staff inexperienced and not helpful"

"Staff is amazing as they do ever. If something needs fixing just ask them. The grounds could use some manicuring and trimming. Door stops are a trip hazard. Location is not in town but on the lake. It is quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning."

"We had a lovely stay at Hana Lodge. Such a beautiful spot and lovely grounds to explore. The rooms are clean, beautifully presented and well thought out. The staff were amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!"

"The warmth of the room was great, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and staff service was excellent. Service is key here at Ripple Rotorua and we’re returning back for future holidays…Thank you."

"Great stay at a very convenient location. Good facilities available."

"Great location and value. Walkable to town and good, convenient parking. Building is a bit tired, as are the rooms, but staff is great and nice to have a variety of room types available. Would stay again."

"Clean room, good breakfast"

"Location"

"We booked last minute and were able to check in early. My daughter was unwell, the staff were so accomodating and helpful. The bathroom/room layout was spacious and immaculate. The hotel rooms foyer was quiet. We would stay again and highly recommend."

"Basic room but sufficed, staff very congenial and helpful."

"Very special well maintained hotel with an exceptional view of the lake. A redeveloped house with additional cabins and animals on the property. Gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because dinner is incredibly expensive and there was no way to walk around the lake and do some exploration"

"Gorgeous hotel and beautiful location!! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for my family. Thank you"

"The spa pool was incredible 😊"
