"I booked a suite but when I went into the bathroom I found that it had not been cleaned, soap still in the soap dish, and overflowing bin. I was going out and was short on time, complained to the manager who quickly offered a complimentary breakfast and free car park. I asked if they would transfer my bags to the new room due to my lack of time. On my return the room was a basic (much cheaper) but to my dismay the bathroom was filthy, floor was disgusting, shower had hair in it and towel rail...
