"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hôtel de la Coupole - MGallery. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The design of the hotel is stunning—elegant, unique, and full of character, making you feel like you’re in a luxurious European palace right in the mountains of Sapa. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor pool and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The female staff at reception could have been friendlier and not so arrogant - need to train front desk/reception - have had better customer service at a 3 star hotel."
