"Couldn't ask for any better. Very helpful staff and an excellent hotel well located in the heart of Kyoto."

"The hotel was right next to the train station which was very convenient for our family. It was clean and very nice to stay in. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and roof top terrace."

"チェックインの時間が少し遅かったのもありますが、浴衣が選べなかったのが少し残念でした"

"Wonderful, clean, very close to the train station so super convenient. The Onsen was amazing and clean."

"Only one issue the laundry services in this area is really 😞"

"Staff amazing, hotel clean. Location pretty good one stop from Kyoto or a 20 min walk. Hotel was clean and felt very modern. Little downsides were loved the coffee stations but if your rooms near it you will hear the grinder and the chatting. Apart from that felt like a good local hotel."

"Cups are always thoroughly washed. However, carpets need to be vacuumed. The hotel is within 6 minutes' walk to Kyoto JR station. The station accomodates Shinkansen, JR lines, Kyoto Municipal Subway, and Kintetsu Railway. There is a city bus terminal on the north side of the JR station. One can get around landmarks in different areas of the city. Porta Dining is located underneath the station. Restaurants of diverse cuisines are available there."

"綺麗で、ただ駐車場有料です。"

That being said, the property was not very well maintained (specially the paint was peeling a bit off and the AC was louder than others I’ve seen at other hotels) that being said, the property is being renewed at the moment and I expect it to improve once the renovations are complete."

"This hotel was amazing. Conveniently located 1 block away from the Kyoto train station.lots of amenities, access to public bath, laundry and massage chairs with an open bar ."

"Good place."

"Five star experience at this hotel. Our favorite stay of our trip so far. Across the street from Toji station, a few restaurants close by and walking distance to the mall, Lawson's across the street as well. Staff spoke English well and helped with everything, all the questions we had. Rooms were spacious, very clean, lots of toiletries provided. Vending machine in the hotel as well as coin laundry, which you can get coins for at the desk if you run out of change. Very clean and comfortable, we...

"The room was clean and they cleaned it well when I had my room cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The smallest room is pretty small so be aware of your luggage(s). There are 3 washers( the same machines dry your clothes) and there is usually a line to use them during the evening aka the time people come back from sightseeing/ exploring. There's a 7-Eleven right next door and the train station/bus station is super close. They have a luggage delivery system which made traveling to my...
