"Staff were terrific. Very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed truly interested in your stay.
The room was large, lots of space to lay out items, bed was large and very comfortable.
The balcony was great looking at the harbour and sunsets.
The bathroom was well layout everything you needed and a nice rainfall shower.
I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel."

"The staff are amazing -- everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. The room was good sized and very clean. The hotel grounds are lovely, with a very nice pool, private beach, and gardens. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the restaurant serves alcohol in the afternoon and evening. We liked the Jayakarta so much that we stayed there twice. We will happily stay there again on our next visit."
