"A no frills stay but excellent location. Grounds are pretty, rooms and buildings don’t do much for aesthetics but they’re clean (when you arrive...) I really hated that they only clean rooms in between guests. We needed to go to the front desk for towels regularly, and wished our sheets were changed ..."

"Property had a rodent issue.Our room had rat droppings and a rat in the room eating our food. They did move us to a new room that was better. Property needs to be assessed for rat infestation to get rid of the issue.The other issue is that there is no air condition in the rooms.i would not stay there ..."

"We love Papakea and have stayed many times, but this particular unit, F101, was not up to the standards of other units. While ocean front is nice, the inside needs a serious update. There are cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and the furniture in the living room is scratched up and not comfortable ..."
