Screws in the walls where robe hooks used to be, not a shelf or tub rim to place shower products, any other amenity such as irons, need to be called down to be brought up. The bellhop and front door staff were scarce or non-existent. "

"This was a wonderful hotel in one of the safest parts of Naples. It is very beautiful inside. There is a restaurant in walking distance (Antonio and Antonio) that is open until midnight with great pizza. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic find for us, great views. We tried 2 rooms which were both fantastic. The facilities are top notch and the staff are all amazing, very helpful and informative. We ended up booking 2 extra nights, and would definitely come back again!"
