Khách sạn Neston

"Clean and tidy, excellent location and beautiful views."

"Staff ma"

"Great staff especially the two lovely ladies on breakfast. WiFi needs improving throughout the hotel. Room was lovely and spacious"

"The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay....

"The staff at the reception and breakfast were welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately the property was old and looks difficult to maintain and the initial room given to us smelt mouldy setting off my hay fever and partners asthma. Reception quickly gave us another room which was better. Shower and breakfast was nice and the stay was overall pleasant."

"Excellent hotel, rooms lovely , clean and spacious. Breakfast is great, plenty of choice. Would highly recommend"

"Me gustó que es un lugar moderno, de fácil acceso, con ascensor, cerca a todas las amenidades, muy limpio, con suficiente espacio, el personal eficiente."

"Lovely comfortable clean room with comfy beds. Good food especially breakfast. My only very minor personal quibble is only tinned mushrooms-much prefer fresh."

"We were kept awake all night by the people upstairs. Not cause they were noisy but cause all rooms have wooden floors and you can hear every step. The finish in the rooms was poor, bits of paint on the wood, chipped walls, and the windows were really old, couldn’t be opened and you could hear everything from outside. We booked it for the spa for my husbands 50th, and were informed on arrival that we had to pay to use the pool. £45 each and that was discounted for that we got a swim in the pool,...

"This is my second stay here. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the room is comfortable."

"Amazing staff on reception. Great rapor with them. Location and room fantastic. Very loud on a Saturday night from partying, but that’s somewhat expected."

"There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything. The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used. The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm."
