Good location but no frills. No coffee or kettle in the room. Very small bathroom with shelf hanging over the sink that made it difficult to wash up. Charged $4/bag to hold them for a few hours after checkout. $15 credit at the market was a nice perk though.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were very poorly maintained and honestly more aligned with a two star hotel.

We were excited to stay here, but this hotel is just okay. I had an absolutely terrible experience at The New Yorker Hotel. After my stay, I was hit with a $500 "smoking fee" despite the fact that I do not smoke and did not smoke in the room.
