Khách sạn North Bradley

"I only stayed one night but I was very happy with the hotel."

"Had a great stay, room 1 was fantastic. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and a sofa was a bonus. Great bath, one thing to note may be the addition of a shower curtain, we managed to soak the floor every time we used it. Water and orange juice was a nice touch and filtered coffee was tasty. We did feel the stairs were very deep and the additional of another hand rail may be something to consider. Lovely dark room and we slept so well. Breakfast was great, nice to see all local and home grown...

"We were not told there would be a wedding in progress so the music was quite loud until 11pm. There was no option for early takeaway breakfast at 8am, and no option for room only. The restaurant still set up for wedding, with chairs stacked up.The female staff in the restaurant were very nice and the food excellent, something a bit different. Our shower head kept falling down & the toilet flush handle broken. The room was spotlessly clean."

"This is a great friendly hotel that majors in service and friendliest approach. Nothing is to much trouble always with a smile"

"A wonderful place to stay. A fantastic old building with so much character and lovely country views. Bedrooms very comfortable with great attention to detail and well thought through. Excellent breakfast and a good menu for dinner - well presented and very tasty. The highlight though were the staff throughout. It's such a pleasure to receive genuine excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay, the hotel room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable. The soap and moisturiser that they have smells beautiful. It was my husband's birthday, so added an extra which was balloons a cake and prosecco and it didnt disappointment, it was perfect. I would definitely stay again and will be staying again as travel to Bath a couple times a year"

"Enjoyable stay in a good location for exploring Bath. A bit awkward to find car parking nearby at busy times but otherwise all good."

"Lovely, attentive staff who made me feel welcome. Unfortunately, the shower was positioned under the eaves of the roof, meaning anyone over 5ft 5in had to bend down to use it. There was also a power cut from 7am until 8:50am, and I was disappointed that no apology or acknowledgement was offered the following morning. A simple apology would have been a nice gesture."

"A historic building in a central position in Frome, clearly an old coaching inn or similar. The bedrooms sit within a maze of staircases and corridors. Some stairs are best suited to young mountain goats. My room was on the top floor, up a narrow, steep stair with a tricky turn. My stick and I managed it, just, and staff brought up and took down my case. I expected an attic-type room, but it was spacious, with high ceilings, nicely laid out and with a clean, well-maintained bathroom - full...

"This place was in the most adorable town and made you feel connected to it. The hosts were phenomenal and if you’re lucky you might get a homemade chocolate cake while you’re there."

"Good place"

"We love the Gainsborough Hotel and it's somewhere we've visited on more than one occasion, due to the mineral pools that are part of the hotel's amenities. However, for the first time in our many visits, we were asked to pay an extra amount (£70 per person for 2 hours) to use the pools outside the guests' complimentary hours of 8-10am and 7-9pm. For four people, this would have added an extra £280 to our bill - rather a lot when the hotel rooms are already fairly expensive. This relatively new...

"I loved our one night here. It was a stop off on the way further south but I wish we could have stayed longer. So peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happen, even when we arrived late. We ate our breakfast outside in the courtyard which was idyllic. The food was gorgeous. We shopped in the farm shop afterwards and bought more than we needed as it all looked (and was) so good. A really lovely stay. Wished we could have stayed longer. Really ovely room. ...

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location in Bath. We had a beautiful room and the facilities were delightful. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth but staff were helpful in guiding us where we needed to go. One thing to note- the gym is very small, and dusty. We would love to return!"
