Omni Shoreham Hotel
The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great.

The breakfast was very small had very little options. Many of the front desk staff were very rude and mean and had no idea what they were doing, there were ants in the room.
